Use an Active Column.

Function

Func

Func = Record.Data("Column1") & ("-") &

record.data("column2") etc

End Function

("-") can be any sort of separator.

1. Remove the parenthesis around the hyphen

2. Change the curly bracket into a closing parenthesis.

3. Read a book about vbscript expressions

Also, you refer to "POLYGON NO" in your script, but your data column looks as though it has an underscore "POLYGON_NO".

You can write a simple Query

SELECT

ID, 'here you chose column with unique identifier for connection

[Column1]& "-" & [Column2] as SOMETHING 'Column1,Column2, etc are names of your columns

FROM [Name of your table]

Than you can make a relation if you wish.

That's just one the most simple example.
