With using a field to control thematic formatting, is it possible to have a start value and step value. For instance I have areas that were cut in years ranging from 1947 to 2016. I'm most interested in the areas cut since 1980 to 2020 in ten year steps. I can manually enter bound values but that is tedious. I'll apply thematic formatting with colours ranging from green (1980, mostly revegetated) to orange (between 2010-2020, most recently cut).

In the attached files, one shows the years with Unique Values. The second shows manually entered bounds from 1980 to 2020 in ten year steps. The 1979 entry is to take care of all the years prior to 1980 or 12.8% of the count of areas cut. I started off with 15 breaks then manually changed the years to ten year steps and deleted the bounds I did not need.

Not yet, but I think it would be convenient. The Style pane needs a variety of upgrades in my opinion.
